Sr. Executive Assistant
CurrentProvide senior executive-level support to three HR executives: Sr. Vice President of Talent, Vice President of Total Rewards, and Vice President of Compensation. Complex executive calendar management and schedule coordination across multiple global time zones. Coordinate business critical meetings with C-Suite executive officers, members of the Board of Directors, external and internal partners. Host visitors, arrange meeting logistics, prepare presentation material. International and domestic travel arrangements. Process expense reports, purchase order requests, invoice payments. Special projects as assigned. Maintain discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information. Maintain relationships and partner with executive leaders, team members, and staff in a global community environment to execute responsibilities efficiently and ensure cross functional collaboration. Proactive attention to workflow and priorities. Anticipate and proactively plan for executive and internal partner needs and time demands. Execute independent judgment and initiative.
