Overall overseeing the orgs progress and health. Research of impact of changes through the org. Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator. I help manage our day to day duties for our 500+ users. I also manage projects for our Salesforce org. Experience with Clicktools, Demandtools, Data Loader and Eclipse. On a daily basis, I work with workflow, validation rules, page layouts, formula fields, process builder, flow, record type management, reports, dashboards, Profile and Roles and user management. I also work closely with our developers to test development and have a great understanding of Apex. Additionally, I do end user training.

In addition to help manage co-workers, I was customer facing with 2 of our biggest accounts as their personal contact.
