A long-time SFWMD manager with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise, she has served the agency and the people of South Florida for more than 31 years in professional, management and executive levels. Prior to her current leadership role, she held various other management positions with the District-including an 18 year stint as Human Resources Director. She also served as the Director of Administrative Services, Deputy Director of Administration and Deputy Director of Business Operations.She has a history of leadership and service in the community including active affiliations with Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, Leadership Palm Beach County, National Forum for Black Public Administrators, Trrustee for the Palm Healthcare Foundation, West Palm Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., FAMU Alumni Association and an active member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.Specialties: Human Resources generalist, organizational development/re-engineering, facilitation, consensus builder, public speaking, mentor, proven leadership and management skills.
