Continuously construct, maintain, and analyse KPI and scorecards within a.o. service and product delivery, process performance, data quality, etc. Monitor Area and functional end-to-end business process execution with focus on documentation and invoicing processes.

Responsible for evaluation of container write-off through assessment of repair estimate and depreciated value calculation, including write-off in asset management system. Monitored the global container fleet respective longstanding equipment over 180days and engage with relevant stakeholders to improve development. Coordinated global container fleet yearly verification process and collecting feedback from stakeholders.
