Establishment of 13 medical centers - starting from the BI phase, cooperation with authorities, preparation of a program, equipping and recruiting workforce.• Recruitment and onboarding management of the administration sector, training and coaching, development of human capital, wellness and welfare programs. • Management of regional clinics in the Arab sector and responsibility for an emergency system in the area.• Overall responsibility for the assessments and management of the Ministry of Health's controls of all clinics in the area, including medical emergency centers and independent branches/suppliers.MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:• Leading and improving the Quality of Service in clinics, including compliance with service KPIs, process design and optimization, customer satisfaction surveys, handling public inquiries, establishment and accompaniment of back-office operations, work interfaces with service centers.• Customer Service - handling public inquiries at the regional level - monitoring performance of the clinic managers to answer and solve problems in coordination with all officials in the region.• Leading and improving the medical quality measured in the region in joint teamwork with the region management: regional doctor and regional nurse.• Leading cross-organizational multidisciplinary projects, including coordination and synchronization between parties, monitoring and control, and presenting statuses to senior region management.• Participation in leading committees at headquarters and in the region to lead and improve cross-organizational processes (CRM, performance evaluation, information security, executive development, member of the Committee on the Prevention of Domestic Violence).• Strategic planning and business development in cooperation with regional cities authorities, establishment and development of medical centers, including the Arab sector.
