Property Manager- provided single and multi-family portfolio management for fast paced division of real estate firm. Scope of work was both in office and field work that included on site property inspections, meeting with vendors, clients and customers. Additional responsibilities included overseeing maintenance and improvements, coordination of vendors and staff, negotiations, client/tenant retention, consulting, development of business plans and marketing.
