About Sandra Wang

Many of my clients are women who are in the stage of life where the demands on their time and resources from others is at the greatest. I help them feel and discover the feeling of more flow and presence in their lives through the tools offered by yoga. My own yoga journey of over 20 years, while raising a family, starting and running a business as well as my background in psychology that has informed my approach to yoga and the art of flow.Art of Flow is a boutique yoga school located in Ryde, Sydney. It is a yoga school dedicated to a tailored yoga experience for busy householders. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, we have the experience to help you.More recently I also manage INTO-ARTS Studio + Gallery, a beautiful community arts and exhibition space. I help artists and creatives realised their creative vision. Whether this is building a workshop for their community or putting on an exhibition.I look forward to helping you find more flow and joy in your life.
