As the Managing Director of Developing People Sandra works with her team and Developing People's clients to put into place the right interventions and convert their people development needs into business advantage. Sandra believes that Developing People International has a fantastic, highly skilled, unique and experienced team and gains great satisfaction from seeing the impact, outcomes and feedback from clients when Developing People work in partnership with them to deliver the interventions which make a real difference to their organisations and most importantly the people who work for those organisations. Sandra joined Developing People in 2008 following a career as a Supply Officer in the Royal Navy where she was employed in a variety of roles including working for NATO; Systems Analyst on the Naval Manpower Management Information System; Member of a 3 man Study Team conducting a study into the removal of an intermediate level of management providing recommendations for consideration by the Navy Board and in the Royal Naval Leadership School for Leadership and Management. She has undertaken a variety of Leadership, Management and Professional Courses and enjoyed many physical, team and leadership challenges during her career. She was also a Trustee on the RN and RM Children’s Fund. Sandra now thoroughly enjoys being part of the Developing People team and working with many long standing and valued clients to improve individual, team and organisational performance.
