I founded Guldsmeden Hotels in 1999 in Aarhus with my husband, Marc. Guldsmeden Hotels has hotels in Copenhagen, Oslo, Berlin, Reykjavik, Bali, and a villa at the Côte d'Azur. We are known for our Bali-style bohemian interior design, which is thanks to my husband, who is an architect, whereas I'm involved with the daily operations. Since day one, we have focused on sustainability. Our menus are organic, focus on minimizing food waste, sustainable renovation, animal welfare camel duvets, water recycling Orbital shower systems, are just some of our initiatives and we hope to do even more in the future. I'm passionate about good service and facilitating wonderful times for my guests and friends.
