Providing administrative and research consultation to the Executive Director of Community Living York South.

As Executive Director I was responsible to provide overall management leadership to the organization reporting to the Board of Directors including; resource to the board, compliance with legislation and policy requirements, financial management, human resource management, communication, and service delivery management.

I was responsible to provide ongoing support to individuals' living with a disability in both recreational and vocational opportunities ensuring individuals live self directed lives making personal choices and being part of their communities.

Provide direct support to an individual living with Autism.
