From the initial idea presented to us by our client, I've been deeply involved in every step of URI's journey. From inception which began as a concept note outlining some key features, to research and analysis, working closely with our talented designers to design the experience, implementing seamless flows and user journeys to ensure a delightful UX. Continuous testing and iteration were key as we fine-tuned the platform in our dev environment. Conducted thorough user testing, gathering feedback and insights to inform our decisions. The culmination of my team's efforts was the successful launch of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). It was a proud moment for the entire team as we introduced URI to the world. Since the MVP launch, it's been a journey of constant feedback, iteration, and enhancements.
