I am an experienced Nurse Practitioner with eighteen years practice in acute and post-acute care of adults and seniors. My objective is to continue improving health outcomes and transforming health care deliver to this population of patients. In my career, I have provided medical evaluation and treatment of adults and seniors in the outpatient and inpatient settings. I will foster a team approach to the complete care, mind and body, of the patients and all members of the team through collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians and social workers. Further, I will provide compassionate and holistic care to medically fragile older adults in assisted living and post-acute care settings. I will advance the standard of care by mentoring and continuing education.
