I design and deliver youth development and education projects locally, nationally, and internationally for private foundations, local authorities, and large CICs; using tools such as appreciative inquiry and needs analysis with clients, their team, and the young people themselves. I work in full consultation with young people to co-produce and design programmes. Devised, gained agreement with Area Managers and implemented CHG Children, Young People and Families Strategy across five Boroughs.
