• Full supervisory responsibilities for multiple outpatient behavioral health practices within an assigned region-hybrid model. • Accountable for regional budget/P&L. • Identify and strategize growth opportunities of current practices, as well as, expansion into new service lines and communities within the region. • Support acquisition integrations including company culture, clinical standards/best practices, operations, training and transitions of business licenses and vendor contracts.• Analyze internal operations, identify, and implement action plans for cost effective process improvement strategies.• Development and implementation of statewide clinical policies, onboarding practices and ongoing training needs to ensure the highest standards of care are met. • Provide direct support to each member of the clinical and operations teams.• Liaison between local state level teams and national/centralized teams including accounting, credentialing, compliance, intake, billing and human resources.

· Serve as the organization’s principal leader, representative and spokesperson to the local community. · Plan, organize, direct and implement all administrative and program operations.· Assist with establishing clinical and operational KPI, managing all data and identifying corrective action plans when indicated. · Assist in the development of the annual budget, monitor its implementation and take corrective action as indicated. · Ensure compliance with all licensure, accreditations, contracts, state and federal laws including oversight of audits by Department of Juvenile Services, Maryland Department of Health, The Joint Commission and Maryland State Department of Education· Provide direct supervision and career development to each member of the leadership team including Clinical Director, Milieu Director, Director of Nursing, Education Director and Environmental Services Supervisor.· Development and implementation of electronic health record (Netsmart/evolv).· Development and implementation of new clinical track, as well as, assessment of clinical effectiveness.

• Assessment of needs, identification of strengths, resources and barriers.• Provide education, engage and support members in care planning enrollment.• Develop treatment plan and monitor progress with goals • Enhance member’s self motivation to manage their symptoms • Care coordination and consultation with medical/behavioral treatment providers

• Develop and facilitate a successful quality improvement project including identification of objectives, implementation of intervention and analysis of results. • Review documentation to ensure compliance with JCAHO criteria • Utilization management - Perform preadmission and concurrent medical necessity reviews for all levels of care using various medical necessity criteria such as ASAM, TAC, Milliman.• Coordinate physician reviews with behavioral health medical directors and/or psychiatric physician advisors.• Crisis intervention• Educate members and assist with identifying appropriate community resources

• Educate and supervise nursing and mental health specialist staff (15-20).• Supervise master’s level students during their practicum/internship at West Virginia University. • Development and modification of policy and procedure manual for residential programs.• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team. • Develop written court progress summaries and testify in judicial review hearings.• Utilization management –complete concurrent reviews and appeals. • Facilitate and document individual, group and family therapy. • Develop monthly master treatment plans for various mental health disorders .• Liaison for clients and their families to various community agencies.• Facilitated interviews, assessments, admissions and discharges for clients.• Populations served within acute and residential settings include juvenile dual diagnosis, juvenile sexual offending, adult mental health, adult substance abuse and adult dual diagnosis.
