Lean Experience: Guided team efforts in creating and revising their Value Stream Map (VSM), provided input on flow of materials, work and parts; served as the team’s 5S and Point of Use (POU) focal to streamline processes, organize and place essential items at POU; coached other areas of the factory in 5S and POU as a non-advocate; initiated 5s sorting events; involved in several Accelerated Improvement Workshops (AIW); worked with 5S blitzes throughout team areas.
