I have completely enjoyed returning to property management. Started in 1991 and managed apartments until 1999 and went into HOA management for 9 years. I did enjoy management of a boutique and bistro however as an interesting change from property management so may acquire a boutique and manage as an owner /operator someday. I love people oriented positions. Really enjoy working in a position where I can make even the smallest difference for those I come in contact with. I am an excellent communicator, relationship builder. Personable yet professional. I have a board range of skills to offer. Have always acheived noteable finacial success to all endeavors. Reached highest sales in history of Christina's. Currently have increased property income substanially in a very short period. Dream of owning or managing a boutique or apartments on the coast somewhere yet looks like the Dallas area is next as all my children are there now. I am really loving being back in property management!

Have reached 100 % occupancy each month since my start here at the property and achieved it often in my previous position. Achieved 100% at all three properties before this at once which is extremely difficult with month to month leasing. I have excellent people skills and my sales background has boosted the leasing aspect of my position.
