Managing the Programme Office for a Global Rollout of Microsoft Dynamic AX. Already implemented in Germany, China, Denmark ,3 sites in the USA, South Africa, Spain, Finland. In the process of implementing in another site in YSA and another in South Africa.

Now that Alfred McAlpine has been bought over by Carillion they are closing down our Head Office and Integrating the systems into the Caillion Systems. I am being made redundant in Sept but have been asked to stay until then to manage the Integration Projects which will transfer service to Accenture in India and ultimately move fro AMBS Oracle to Carillion Oracle. I am managing the milestone, Risks, Issues and Dependencies for the 5 Integration workstreams.

I am at present managing the Programme Office for a multi million pound Oracle ERP implementation. My main responsibilities are ownership of the Project Plan including the preparation and delivery of all reports, Project Finance and budgeting, Risks and Issues, I work very closely with the programme manager on a day to day basis. There are 6 workstreams reporting into the project including Third Parties (e.g. Oracle) and I liaise with them on a weekly basis to discuss progress and risks and issues. I report to the Programme Director and am responsible for the preparation of the monthly Steering board packs.As we have progressed into the Testing stage of the project I have also taken on the role of Test Manager where I am managing 6 Business Analysis carrying out approx 350 Test scripts and managing them via HP Quality Centre. The total budget for my account was $20M which was delivered with a DCM of 20% and an OI of 7.7%.I am fully conversant with SEI (Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute) up to level 4 for software engineering quality and development lifecycle.I have also been involved in successful Contract re-negotiations between CSC and BAE Systems and also was part of various Bid teams where CSC successfully gained new business.
