- Ensure that the site is continuously in a state of audit readiness.- Ensure all products are produced to the required specifications, manufacturing practices and food hygiene legislation- Work with Supervisors and Operating staff to establish and maintain procedures, standards, and systems.- Investigating and improving any non conformances raised though internal audits. - Carry out preoperational checks and work closely with the Hygiene Team to ensure that cleaning is conducted effectively and maintained at the highest standard, driving continuous improvement.- Member of the site HACCP and Internal Audit teams.- Participation in mock recall and traceability scenarios- Ensure the site supplier approval system is maintained and up to date with respect to supplier, product specifications and packaging.- Carry out product sampling for external lab testing- Carry out daily environmental checks.
