Responsible for providing direct administrative support to the Community Development team. Prepare, monitor, and maintain records which include invoices, Investment reports, Foundation letters, and loan documents for lending, charitable foundation, investments, and community affairs of the group. Manage client and partner relationships as a point of contact by delivering exceptional customer service, opening and conducting regular maintenance on all deposit accounts, monitoring financial covenants with thorough knowledge of banking products and treasury management services. Manage the Foundation meeting coordination and grant requests as well as communicate with internal partners that are submitting foundation requests. Responsible for compliance reporting of the CDC’s investments. Representation of MB at community and volunteering events. Assist with coordinating, ordering, and distributing materials to banking centers and non for profit organizations for MB’s Money Smart Week and MB on the Block. Coordinate and manage CDC team’s individual calendars for company and community events.
