My role with Tuwaiq Oasis focused on delivering and integrating defined outputs within scope, budget and timeframes, to customer and stakeholder satisfaction and within the project management framework to ensure the efficient delivery of a major project. Key to the role is practicing strong project management and effectively communicating challenges and influencing a variety of stakeholders. Some of my duties include coordinating project activities in the planning and management of logistics, performing financial management and budgeting, pitching and presenting proposals to key stakeholders, sourcing and procuring supplies, arranging travel and accommodation for guest and fostering positive relations with guests, internal teams and external stakeholders.Duties include:• Planning and executing all project elements, including but not limited to evaluating and recommending opportunities, vendor contracts negotiation, logistics, transportation, security and protocol management, staffing coordination, catering requirements, and budget • Managing project budget worth SAR 70,000,000, monthly reporting, reconciliation, and cost saving reports• Representing the Prince’s office and serving as a liaison to US donors and other stakeholders• Liaising with the government in the arrangement of visas and immigration of guests and VIPs• Conducting operation and safety training for employees to ensure staff is following OSHA guideline and procedures• Managing the sourcing of supplies and overseeing the overall logistical activities • Establishing and maintaining administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirement and documentation Projects:• Managed an event with more than 40 elite Billionaires from all over the world for Prince Turki Bin Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz in Riyadh.

My role with Prisme International focused on providing practical and innovative solutions in the use of drone technology. Key to the role was utilising keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive improvements and implementation of innovative practices. My role with QMDI, Qatar Foundation focused on managing and ensuring overall program development and implementation of QF key events. Some of my duties included working closely with the QF Steering Committee on meeting organisational goals, security management with HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser’s office, leading day-to-day engagement with staff, supporting programs to ensure national priorities meet the events objectives, and coordinating with key partners to advance organisation’s mission.
