As a brand ambassador at Dirganesia Organisation, I promote and represent various brands and products through online and offline channels, using my digital marketing skill and creativity. I create engaging content for social media platforms, such as videos, photos, and stories, to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. I also participate in events and campaigns, interacting with potential customers and influencers, and providing feedback and insights to the marketing team.I graduated with a bachelor's degree in perbankan from UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan in 2023, where I developed my interest and knowledge in banking, finance, sales, and marketing. I was active in competitions and organisations, winning a brand ambassador faculty competition in 2021. I also gained valuable experience as a customer service staff at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia for three months in 2023, where I learned how to handle various banking transactions and inquiries, and provide excellent service to the customers. I am an adaptable, communicative, and fast learner, who is eager to work in the banking or related industries, and contribute to their growth and success.
