Sandra Mueller is an advocate for the best healthcare possible. Specifically, she has focused her efforts by fundraising in the healthcare space and volunteering with non-profit organizations centered around health, women and children, and lifting up underserved communities. Currently, Sandra is employed at Spaulding Rehabilitation where she drafts content for external and internal communications. Her writing is important for disseminating information about Spaulding and funding its essential work in rehabilitation. Her previous role at McLean Hospital was in communications and stewardship. Through those undertakings, her work supported the overall mission of the hospital that strives to provide mental health for all. Sandra is relentless in her pursuit of what is best for her patients--particularly supporting women and children. She puts their health and wellbeing at the forefront of what she is doing. Her volunteer work with Boston Children’s Hospital and Make-A-Wish has given her the ability to accomplish her goal to make a positive impact.Sandra has supported and collaborated in the philanthropic campaigns of both Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and March of Dimes. Her healthcare experience at CVS Health, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, and with Child Life Services at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital allowed her to gain dynamic skills as well as a greater understanding of the healthcare system, HIPAA policies, and hospital protocols.
