Dr. Sandra Anthony has established her goals on making an impact through the reform, redesign, and the renewal opportunities of school turnaround. Her expertise spans the landscape of brick and mortar public and charter schools to online, virtual learning; from change management and organizational effectiveness to program evaluation; from strategic planning to strategic doing. She is a tireless and passionate advocate for students who live and learn in poverty, who are at-risk of failure in school and of those in need of our special care. She firmly believes when children find where and how they belong and when they have a valued-role in their community, their own meaning of learning changes and then and only then, does learning become personal. If students share their gifts of talent and service, and when adults provide open and accessible pathways in and out of the classroom, the benefits are immeasurable and provide rewards that will last a lifetime and more. Dr. Anthony takes full advantage of every opportunity of the fun and sun in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, Bill and her rescue dog, Stella. She finds tranquility when in the presence of nature and in the clear waters of Crystal River but most recently finds the greatest joy when visiting her son, William, in the Pacific Northwest of Seattle.
