Customer care communication & Engagement team• Ensure developing new innovative ideas & new communication channels for Customer Care employees that serve CC strategy & decrease KPIs gaps & challenges.• Managing Employee Recognition Programs (Monthly and quarterly) for customer care top achievers to make our employees feel valued and appreciated and to keep their high-performance consistent.• Responsible for creating homemade videos to reflect the latest updates, important messages and programs in the customer care department through (designing the Scenario, studio, shooting material, Editing, Directing) • Manage & Design communication & announcement mails across the customer care following the company Guidelines • Responsible for creating on demand videos for training materials (training and engagement videos).• Executing the communication plan of the customer care strategy with all its ongoing activities and events as well as all the projects that comes.• Manage and handle all Customer Care planned and unplanned events (Roadshow ,Ramadan ,Eid celebrations, contests, …etc)• Responsible for the development of customer care Engagement strategies according to the business objectives.• All customer care communication channels.• Setting and building the engagement budget.• Gamification thinking activities. (End to end process)• All Communication videos (storyboard, shooting, editing & sound mastering)• Expert on all media applications for design or video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Final cut, Videoscribe & Adobe premiere)
