The key deliverable of the Global Program Director is to ensure a profitable and long-term relationship with CWT’s Global clients; by providing high level contract and relationship management to the client. A key part of the role is the consolidation and co-ordination of the client countries bringing mutual benefit to both own company and our clients. The support and guidance to the National Account Managers (NAM) is an integral part of the role as well as up-selling the account to other countries and regions.• Ensuring and optimising account profitability• Delivering consolidated key performance indicators internally• Supporting National Account Managers in profit optimisation• Development and manage of an annual client programme optimisation plan• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators• Regular programme management review • Identify and implement best practices• Ensure service delivery in line with contractual obligations

Key metrics within the role are: To develop a strategic sales plan to maximise each existing costumer (from contract negotiation to operation implementation) To be responsible for the domestic implementation of international corporate agreements  To identify, qualify and ultimately close new prospects To achieve a yearly revenue target (2005 portfolio base: Euro 11 mil./ year)

 Heading up the sales agents team, I was charged with formulating budget and sales performance updates, following sales activities and training. I also managed and assisted the day-to-day running of the local costumer service. Finally I kept in touch with our Milan head office.
