Our unit was situated at the central support department for HR related matters. We supported managers and HR representatives in their daily work, such as providing guidance in how to fulfil our collective labor agreements and personnel policies. Besides from that I had a leading role in an educational concept within HR administration. We planned, prepared and conducted training courses, succeed by evaluation as we constantly worked on improvements. Our training courses were directed to managers and HR representatives, and the material was customized determined by their needs and experiences. Due to covid-19 we digitalised the training course. When the situation stabilised the courses were conducted both virtually and physically.

Umeå

During a period of ten weeks I served as manager of two to three work groups within the department of home care, where I accounted for the nightshift workers and the alert's team. I had operational responsibilities and got the opportunity to develop my leadership skills. My tasks implied a high and wide range of problemsolving, mainly urgent matters. Also, administration and communication with various parties concerned.

Boden

A temporary position which implied covering up for three different positions during a period of ten weeks. Primarly, I managed recruitment processes of nursing staff, accounted for short and long-term absence and carried out monetary administration.

Göteborg, Sverige

Through supervision by the gender equality coordinator I had the opportunity to gather knowledge and insights, in relation to their processes and activities carried out with the aspiration to improve gender equality within the academy. In addition, I executed a investigation regards to a workshop designed by the HR department, a workshop purpose to enable and develop an inclusive work environment. Through interviews held with seven participants, I evaluated their experiences in relation to the workshop's content and perceived potential impact on their own principles as well as the work environment at large.

In my role as Personnel Administrator I executed various tasks during my five years working at the company. The main tasks were customer service, administration and responsibility for staffing short-term absence to maintain daily operations. Over time my responsibilties expanded. In summary, I accounted for the introduction and tutoring for new employees at our department, served as contact person towards companies hiring our staffing service, accounted for compilation and correction of time-sheets for the company's workforce and timetabled for my own department.
