Most recently I was a leader in the Junior League of Los Angeles, a women’s nonprofit organization that believes in improving the community by training leaders to take effective action. My role was within the Training branch of the organization, first as a Team Leader, where I helped guide a group of new volunteers through their first year in the League, then in the Leadership Development Institute, first as a co-chair, then as Chair. I love training and helping others grow - I have learned a lot through these leadership positions and been able to translate that back to my employment.
