A higher education policy leader with nearly 10 years experience delivering complex reforms and projects. I have a strong strategic focus, demonstrated in the delivery of a number of high profile transformative projects such as the HE Short Course Trial (in preparation for the government's launch of the Lifelong Loan Entitlement) and major reforms to Access and Participation regulatory processes. My wide ranging policy portfolio at the OfS includes leading on developments in degree apprenticeships, higher technical qualifications, and skills/employability policy. I also have extensive experience in HE regulation and reforms, working in several HEFCE, OFFA, and OfS roles.
