Devised creative solutions to continue marketing courses.•Created an efficient and sustainable process to collect over 890 employee evaluations that involved the coordination of all communication, data collection, and storage; 95% of records were received in a timely manner while meeting all compliance requirements. •Collaborated with internal auditors for quarterly and annual audits while managing all HR documentation and records retention operations; provided audit documentation and passed all audits. •Created universal new hire on-boarding process to collect critical new hire documentation for I9, business conduct, employee hotline, and Credo Values acknowledgement, resulting in meeting compliance requirements and decreased the need to follow-up on missing documentation. •Managed company-wide ELT compliance training and implementation project to ensure compliance with new AB1825 Workplace Harassment policies. Project included contract addendum negotiations, presentation review, policy updates, vignette selection, and partnering with Legal, Sourcing, IT, Facilities, and trainHR.•Collaborated closely with the J&J Diversity Team to bring the first West Coast Crossing the Finish Line management program to the West Coast for over 150 people. Co-managed the week-long course off-site, including logistics arrangements and full conference support.
