International Artisan Market- Organized fair-trade market of 23 booths raising over 6,800 in sales with 400+ attendees. Received marketing through WCSG and led over 30 volunteers.

Partnered with Executive Director for fund development planning, establishing charitable contribution goals, and devising plan for action. Created strategy for generating funding and monitoring progress, while generating strategies to support existing program operation and regional expansion. Acted as the secretary for Working Board of Directors. Applied for grant and corporate sponsorship opportunities to increase monetary revenue. Registered, promoted, and maintained online revenue generating tools.Organized and updated social media, United Way, and Volunteermatch.org accounts.

Created new and engaging crafts for over night campers in 1st through 12th grades, training, supervising, scheduling, and managing employees. Maintaining inventory, and managing 3 on-site craft facilities.

Teaching crafts to groups consisting of 20 to 60 1st-3rd grade students in one hour intervals. Teaching art to students in 4th-6th grade in 2 hour intervals, following a curriculum and/or creating my own, guiding the creative process of choreographing a dance, and practicing various art techniques.Maintaining children's attention while pointing them towards Christ through creative outlets.
