This role managed and oversaw a budget of $1.3M.Achievements:- Proactively developed collaborative partnerships with Asset Servicing Relationship Managers, Sales, Capability and Technology areas to strengthen our Client Engagement model and the understanding of the end to end value chain of our clients. This common focus allowed opportunities to be identified for our Client Delivery Experts to build cohesive and tailored relationships with clients based on their specific needs. - Strategically led, as Business Owner, the Client Portal Project, one of 4 key projects in Asset Servicing’s $12M ‘Invest and Grow’ program. The successful implementation assisted in reinforcing our position as the market leader and enabled clients to access global ‘best of breed’ products, through the delivery of an enhanced, client-centric electronic portal focusing on self serve solutions.- Recognised across the business as a role model for strong leadership and collaboration. Key supporter of NAB Group diversity targets through promotion across Wholesale Banking and through the role as Co-chair of Wholesale Banking Connecting Women in the internal and external community. Positioned product roadmap relative to the competitive environment and identified key differentiators. Presented said roadmap and competitive challenges et to the Asset Servicing Leadership team defining the value proposition. In addition, through collaboration with the Sales and Capability teams, presented product discovery forums leading to greater staff product awareness. The product development was a critical component to the ongoing strategic relationship between NAB and one of its key clients Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC).- Successfully led the strategic development of NAB/Bank of New York Mellon’s ( BNY Mellon) Middle Office proposition to Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), one of the largest institutional investment managers in Australia with $65 billion Assets under Management. Managed and oversaw the tender process for QIC’s Custody, Fund Administration and Middle Office Request for Proposal. The proposal highlighted our broad range of capabilities and outlined our vision for a dedicated and focused solution to meet QIC’s business requirements, building on the proven 12 year NAB/BNY Mellon relationship.
