Firefighting and recovery role - I took on a caseload of very disgruntled learners Level 2/3 CYPW and Level 3 STLS apprentices ages ranging from 17 years to 50 years. The learners had been left without an assessor for months and were past their completion dates. Supported the learners with the completion of their training via observation of their practice, work based coaching, tutorials, supply of resources and assessment of their work.
