About Sandra Cain

I have always enjoyed improving things...from minor process adjustments to larger redesigns. And I've learned that when people get along well, they get more done and the work is easier. I am passionate about supporting my clients to understand themselves and each other because when the relationships are clean, the work (and life) is easy and more enjoyable. Clients typically hire me when they want to change careers and/or improve their relationships at work or at home. Change comes from the inside out; I help them get clear on what they want and we partner to make that happen.In addition to coaching teams, partnerships and individuals, my strengths include team building, leadership development, change management and quoting lines from Monty Python movies.When not working, you will find me breaking up a fight with my two cats, hiking, or zooming on a river in a vintage speed boat.
