Sandra Campos is the President & CEO of PetMeds and PetCareRx (Nasdaq: PETS), and an independent board director for public and private companies. As a 4x CEO, 2x entrepreneur, and advisor, she has built global lifestyle brands and has been instrumental in turnarounds, digital transformations, innovative marketing campaigns, and international expansion. As a technology and marketing focused operator, she is on the board of companies such as Fabric Commerce, a modular OMS solution, Big Lots (NYSE), PetMeds (Nasdaq), PDS Limited. She was the CEO of a SaaS supply chain tech company developing a modern WMS and her extensive retail career included being the CEO of Diane Von Furstenberg, President of a portfolio of $1bn contemporary brands including Juicy Couture, Bebe, BCBG.and Herve Leger, and President of O Oscar (an Oscar de la Renta division). Sandra is an innovator that focuses on digital transformations, product innovations, community building initiatives to promote customer loyalty at every consumer touchpoint. She has also fueled growth via international expansion through distributor and franchise partnerships around the globe with hundreds of stores in China, SE Asia, Middle East, and Europe. As an entrepreneur, she was co-founder and CEO of the first teen celebrity brand management company, in partnership with Selena Gomez. Dream out Loud by Selena Gomez became the actress’s first lifestyle brand and was exclusive to Kmart in fourteen product categories for six years. From 2020 - 2024, Ms. Campos was a regular contributor to CNBC speaking on retail trends, earnings, and consumer news. She is also a frequent keynote speaker, panelist, and thought leader on topics ranging from supply chain, leadership, digital innovation, ESG, and diversity in the workplace. She has received many awards, including top 100 Latina Leaders by Latino Leaders Magazine 2020-2024, ALPA’s Most Powerful Latina 2020-2022, Top Woman in Retail, 2019 Top Líderes in Business by Hispanic Executive Magazine, and has been honored for her service by Girls Inc. Sandra was also a member of the first all-women led SPAC, which had a business combination on the NYSE in 2021. She is an advocate for minorities, invests in early stage Gen-Z companies, and advises startup founders. In 2022, she launched Latina Disruptors, a peer-to-peer founder’s platform that brings entrepreneurs, investors, media, and mentors together in order to support and scale Latina founders across many sectors.
