After a few years in business consulting, moved in 2010 to leadership research and capacity building and joined leadership expert and World Bank fellow Michael Kouly in designing and co-facilitating experiential workshops in the Middle East (Nestlé, Omantel, BRF,…). Got certified in Leadership and Executive Coaching and set up her own private practice as a coach and facilitator in 2016 to help organizations and individuals get grounded in their values and lead with purpose. Her experience with groups has been influenced by many methodologies and is creative, interactive and impactful. Through the course of her work, she was exposed to the research of Bill Torbert (Boston College), Ronald Heifetz (Harvard Kennedy School) and Otto Scharmer (MIT). Their thinking and methodologies shaped her understanding of leadership and adult development. Her experience of accompanying individuals and groups in a turbulent region has further transformed her practice and brought to the front the importance of building authentic connections and cultivating spaces of growth and inner change. Since 2015, she has been collaborating with educational institutions and non-governmental organizations in the Middle East and Europe on developing formation programs on Discerning Leadership as well as co-facilitating processes of discernment in common and group decision-making. She currently directs an international community of coaches and facilitators for the Discerning Leadership Program in Rome to support leaders in their mission. She enjoys integrating to her work reflective and collaborative practices (mindfulness, generative listening, action inquiry, navigating polarities...) and has a particular interest in adult learning, adaptive leadership and processes using the Theory U framework.
