Sandra serves as a reviewer for the National Science Foundation’s Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) Program. She also reviews for their Partnerships for Innovation (PFI) program. Sandra enjoys serving as a reviewer for several different program managers in several different technology areas.
