I have been passionate about TV since I was young. I wanted to understand how that image got to my TV screen. I have now been working in the pay TV sector for many years and have built lasting relationships with customers, partners and industry influencers. I am able to identify and bring the right people and technology together to solve customer challenges.Early in my career, I recognized the importance of developing and maintaining trust. I do this by listening to the needs of customers from all angles. While my focus is in providing technology solutions, their needs represent a range of topics including technology, financial, supply chain, implementation, local regulations and more. My goal is to find the win-win scenario that provides value to both my customer and my employer.I approach every opportunity with integrity and the goal to gain a holistic view of the customer environment. My engineering background gives me strong technology insight.
