• Coordinate with customers to provide quotations, process orders and support customer requests.
• Work with other UDC facilities to ensure that all orders are promptly and accurately processed and shipped to meet all customer requirements.
• Prepare and transmit applicable sales and customer support documentation and provide instructions to comply with UDC, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with other Universal Display departments and field teams, to expedite customer requests and/or resolve customer issues.
• Maintain customer request report, generate reports and maintain documentation, as needed.
• Manage the customer satisfaction program to obtain meaningful feedback from our customers that can translate into meaningful improvements.
