• Coordinate with customers to provide quotations, process orders and support customer requests.• Work with other UDC facilities to ensure that all orders are promptly and accurately processed and shipped to meet all customer requirements.• Prepare and transmit applicable sales and customer support documentation and provide instructions to comply with UDC, customer and regulatory requirements.• Liaise with other Universal Display departments and field teams, to expedite customer requests and/or resolve customer issues.• Maintain customer request report, generate reports and maintain documentation, as needed.• Manage the customer satisfaction program to obtain meaningful feedback from our customers that can translate into meaningful improvements.• Update and create SOPs to reflect current procedures.• Maintain and develop SAP ERP system (functionality, operation, pricing and data quality) to meet the company’s growing needs.
