Responsible for the overall management of 10 énergie fitness clubs in Ireland. Areas of responsibility included customer experience strategy and delivery, income generation & cost control, sales, operations, human resources and health and safety.

Managed the turnaround of an under performing club in the group to group leader in a period of 6 months. Changed the culture in the club from apathy to genuine interest in helping members achieve their goals. Net growth in membership of 20% in this period.
