Engineering design and solving problems simply without making a mountain out of a molehill has long been a passion of mine. Simple solutions are always cost effective and I love thinking around the issue until the simple answer becomes apparent.Recently I discovered another passion – Creating Time in people’s lives. Over the last couple of years I have had incredible breakthroughs in creating time for myself, so I am now passing this on by running workshops and providing personal coaching. My time breakthroughs have been in discovering personal time triggers that affect our concept of time and constrain our performance. Recognising and dealing with these triggers allows us to lift the constraints, generating a step change in the time we have. Triggers can be relatively apparent - such as wanting to please everyone, or can be more deep seated. We all have many. One of mine was the need to look busy.This is not better time management – this is something new.From a position that appeared to myself and others to be well organised and effective, I have increased the time I have available for activities that I want to do by more than a day a week, withought giving anything else up. Sounds crazy and impossible I know. I wouldn't have believed it if I had heard it - but its true - and quantifiable. (That's the engineer talking!)So - I am now offering my services as a Creating Time Coach. Coaching in how to know your time triggers and release those constraints limiting your time.
