•Ensure compliance with DOT and USX rules and regulations for all drivers as a Processor•Contact applicants to gather missing information and ensure adherence to USX hiring guidelines and DOT regulations•Verify background information, including driving records, employment history, and convictions for safety guidelines•Review driver physicals and drug screens to determine eligibility•Maintain complete, up-to-date, and accurate driver files•Identify potential disqualifiers in driver files and notify management•Collaborate with recruiting, safety, and driver orientation departments to complete evaluations within a three-day orientation period•Obtain necessary consumer reports and releases•Conduct calls to obtain and verify driver employment verifications
