I started my career at TIM performing operational activities on the Customer Relationship Management Department (Call Center).After several promotions I was invited to manage nationwide projects at the company HQ in Rio de Janeiro-Brazil, developing systems and processes that increased customer support service levels. Around 5,000 people (first and third party employees) were involved in a project where the goal was to standardize systems, processes and communications all over the country. In this occasion I was the focal point linking Marketing, CRM, IT, Legal and Logistics departments.I'm currently in the commercial area, applying myCRM experience and processes and building a newvision within the company: sales with quality. Looking forward to develop product and services that attract and retain high-value (VIP) customers.
