I am an independent professional with extensive experience in advisory and litigation, specializing in Blockchain projects since 2018. I am the author of the self-managed periodic publication Technology & Law, covering topics such as asset recovery in electronic invoice procedures, digital transformation of companies, Cryptocurrencies, Smart Contracts, and Blockchain. I have also participated as a teacher in several courses and conferences on the topic of Asset Tokenization, Blockchain technology impact in the legal field, NFTs for Art, and New Business Models based on Blockchain for Entrepreneurs.As a proactive independent researcher, I specialize in data privacy issues, information treatment, proper drafting of terms and conditions, privacy policies for websites and mobile applications, contracts in the software industry, and OS license compliance.My academic contributions include published articles on the admissibility, aggregation, and processing of electronic evidence, quoted by the Uruguayan courts in labor matters, among others.As the Chief Legal Officer of PowerLedgers, I advise proactively on the company's projects. I have played an instrumental role in PowerLedger's portfolio of projects, including the Educational Certifications for UTU project, which had the first resolution of a public body that considers the validity of certificates issued and managed with Blockchain technology. I have also actively participated in the Blockchain PoC for the Real Estate Registry and the DGR Digital national project.As a member of the Computer Law Commission of the Legislative Modernization Program (PROMOLE), appointed by the Uruguayan Bar Association, I drafted the bill on electronic promissory notes.
