Sandra is founder and managing director of LIGHTHORSE and Foundation. LIGHTHORSE is an expert in behavioral transformation and helps you to succeed and thrive. Sandra has developed a transformation methodology that proved to be impactful and leads to immediate lasting change and reaching desired outcomes from the inside out. The transformation methodology lies at the heart of the work we do. All employees of LIGHTHORSE have been trained and use this methodology within their field of expertise. For the last 20 years Sandra has supported senior leaders, top teams, and organizations in their change efforts. Sandra supports leaders in becoming more natural, resourceful, and effective in their approach. She supports teams to build trust and alignment, to use their talents more wisely and overcome gaps and limiting patterns to be more coherent, effective, and productive.She support organizations in their change efforts and help them to align, execute and renew themselves. Connecting the strategy and culture with its leadership and focusing on the behavior and systems to support the required change.Due to her aspiration to grow and expand and overcome childhood trauma, being severely sick and being physically paralyzed, she also helps individuals, couples, families, and kids with labels. Sandra believes that current challenges can be solved through a deep transformation of people and systems in order to contribute to greater connection, well-being, peace. Sandra has a background in performance & competence management, leadership development and strategies that create value. She has worked for KPMG and as a director of Leaders for Nature IUCN. She worked with 20 well known organizations in the Netherlands on executive board level, director level and professional level and supported their change efforts across the organization. In 1997 Sandra founded the Salon Tête-à-tête. She brings leaders together at unique locations with eminent guest speakers to facilitate the dialogue on relevant issues at a dinner table.
