Tete-a-tete is a unique Salon, a different meeting place for leaders. Since 1997 I bring together leaders at unique locations with eminent guest speakers to discuss relevant issues at the dinner table.

Program design, facilitation and coaching

As a co-founder I set up LFN. I have grown the network to a membership based network of 20 companies like DSM, AKZO, PwC. I worked with the executive boards, directors and professionals of these organizations to integrate sustainability in the core of the business and develop the leadership to do so. We run innovative programs in which they collaborated together and on a personal level contributed to move the agenda not just within their organization, but also influenced politics.

I organised scenario based strategy sessions and sustainable leadership trainings. I advised and supported companies with the implementation of their next steps

We devloped the product on Performance and Competence management and advised clients. I developed a database for competence development to use as a personal development tool or for the Business Balance Scorecards.
