- Acquire new customers through past brides’ recommendations- Coordinate event logistics including catering, attendee communications, registration support, attendee merchandise, security and basically everything the brides would require throughout wedding timeline.

- Prospect new clients through B2B events, cold calling and clients’ recommendations. - Manage client portfolio to maximize revenue. During last year, revenue increased +66% YoY. - Coordinate event logistics including catering, attendee communications, registration support, attendee merchandise, and security.- Responsible for food, beverage, supplies and staff forecasting for each event. - Annual event planning with primarily clients to maximize return of investment - Work closely with Accountability to maintain cash flow, including invoicing, billing and suppliers’ payments. - Work closely with General Manager to maximize P&L- Work closely with HR to recruit and retain staff and collaborators

- Work closely with HR to develop strategies to improve work environment, retain collaborators, and maximize performance across functional areas. - Responsible for internal and external collaborators’ payroll- Work closely with General Manager to develop and improve processes and procedures. - Work closely with Finance to maintain supplies costs at optimal levels through negotiation with different vendors. - Work closely with Accountability to support invoicing, billing and payments operations throughout the supply chain. - Responsible for catering supplies’ inventory loss and replacement accountability

- Responsible for models and hostess recruiting - Coordinate event logistics including attendee communications, registration support, attendee merchandise, and staff procurement.- Coordinate media and PR agencies attendance to increase event awareness
