Lead the development of new and existing operational processes and initiatives to enhance business performance. Managed company projects to achieve on-time deliverables while controlling costs. Identified and resolved communication problems between the corporate office, distribution center and stores. Ensured brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency. Created an operational manual to be utilized company wide. Established several new procedures/best practices throughout the company to minimize internal and external loss.

Managed the day to day activities and operations for multiple high end women's accessory store locations in Westchester/CT area. Responsibilities included recruiting, training senior management, setting merchandising standards, loss prevention, leading team building workshops and maintaining customer service excellence.
