- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, email and postal mail inquiries. Respond appropriately take messages and routing correspondence.- Handle requests and queries appropriately.- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.- Write checks and handle bill payments.

- Act as main point of contact for guests.- Learn and manage employer's AirBnB profile.- Assist guests for any needs, inquiries or customer service.- Answer guest calls, emails, and messages and respond appropriately.- Handle bookings and and reservations.- Write paychecks to housekeeping and handle incoming payments.- Inspect guests' rooms before arrival.
