Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of journal entries with multiple accounts. Review, post, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly. Maintain up -to-date records to ensure the companies cash balances align with bank statements. Send out weekly bank reports to key shareholders.Invoicing & Revenue Recognition: Prepare and process daily invoices. Ensure accurate billing and timely revenue recognition. Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal teams as needed.Account Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis of various accounts, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvements. Assis in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with multiple teams across the company to improve internal processes and implement new accounting procedures ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance.Systems & software Experience: Skilled in accounting software and tools including Excel, Atlas, blackline and Medius, using these platforms for a more efficient data management, reconciliation, and reporting.Financial Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory standards and internal controls. Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of accounts and make adjustments as necessary.
