In my role I am responsible for developing and owning the client relationship throughout the onboarding process to the point of sustained success. I am responsible for the daily handling of all sales related correspondence and follow-up, managing relationships with customers, Business Partners, and all other parties of interest. Also providing pricing for new and existing customers, I am the liaison with the finance, production, and support departments and the primary point of contact for all inbound client communications.

In my role as Sales Coordinator at iPerceptions I am responsible for the management and assignment of inbound leads, administrator for our CRM software, and administrative support to the Sales team. In addition, I am in charge of tradeshow logistics, social media and the production of print materials for the marketing and sales departments. I also supported the executive team through personal document management, calendar organization and collateral preparation for meetings.

Giant Steps is the only school dedicated to educating only autistic children. It has the largest team of professionals in Quebec specialized in autism, and offers the widest range of therapies under one roof. Each year, and for the last twenty-five years, Giant Steps has been offering a range of educational and therapeutic services to 70 children from four to 21 years of age.In my role of Special Educator at Giant Steps I was responsible for creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans for students with Autism while integrating the students into mainstream public school classrooms.

In my role as Recreation Animator I organized and animated recreational activities for teens and adults with intellectual impairments, including arts and crafts, cooking, outings, swimming and dance.
