Responsible for regional procurement of all products for the Floral and Garden Center Program in the Northern CA and Pacific Northwest Regions. Managed vendor relations, set pricing & product specs, defined store merchandising programs, designed new store fixtures and Dept. layouts. Managed financial performance systems with an emphasis on exceeding comparison sales and margin targets for 25 stores in CA/WA/OR/Vancouver BC. Trained and mentored store staff, collaborated with Marketing Dept., defined and communicated Whole Foods Market Floral & Garden Center standards for both the vendor community and stores.
